I am a PhD student in Sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder. My research sits at the intersection of public health, social demography, migration, and computational social science.
I am currently a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Population Center (CUPC), working on a project examining early life mortality trends in the United States between 1980 and 2024.
My work draws on large-scale demographic datasets, computational methods, and sociological theory to understand how social structure shapes health, migration, and political organization. I have published in European Politics and Society and Turkish Studies.
"How do social structures — political networks, migrant organizations, economic inequalities — shape health and life outcomes across populations?"
I welcome inquiries about research, collaborations, or academic matters.
